---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Sour Cream Rolls At Sweetwater Inn Categories: Breads, Inn recipes Yield: 1 servings 1 c Sour cream 1 ts Salt 1/2 c Sugar 1/2 c Butter; melted 2 pk Yeast 2 Eggs 4 c All-purpose flour Recipe by: Inn recipes Heat sour cream until very hot. Add salt, sugar and butter. Cool until lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water. Add sour cream mixture, eggs, and the flour. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Divide dough into 4 parts. Knead and roll into a 10" circle. Cut into pie-shaped pieces, then roll each piece like a crescent roll and place on greased baking sheet. After rising, bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Makes 50 crescent rolls or 200 small biscuit-shaped rolls for ham and biscuits.JM.
