---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: E-Z FUDGE Categories: Candies, Chocolate Yield: 1 Servings -DAN GRUBER (PXSM21A) 12 oz Bag of chocolate chips -(please, not imitation!) 1 Stick BUTTER 1 Egg: lightly beaten 1 Box of powdered sugar 1 ts Vanilla (or rum) 1 c Nuts; chopped (walnut, -pecan, macademia, etc) With the holidays so close, we all are finding less and less time to do the things we truly enjoy doing--like making fudge for friends, neighbors and co-workers. Here is a recipe that takes the time and mess out of the whole fudge-making event and turns out a product that is YUMMY. Melt butter and chocolate chips together in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in beaten egg. Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla. Remove from heat, add nuts and spread in a lightly greased 9 X 13 pan. Chill until firm (takes a couple hours to firm up). Remove from fridge, bring to room temp and slice into squares. Serve at room temp. (The warmer room temp makes the fudge soft and gives it a creamy consistency). ENJOY!
