---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: MACK'S SPECIAL FUDGE Categories: Candies Yield: 32 Servings 3 12 oz pkg chocolate chips 1/2 c Butter or margarine; cubed 2 c Miniature marshmallows 4 1/2 c Sugar 1 12 oz can evaporated milk 2 1/2 c Walnuts or pecans; pieces 1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract Recipe by: Mack Preparation Time: 0:30 Mix chocolate chips, butter (un-melted) and the miniature marshmallows into a large mixing bowl and set aside. Mix the milk and the sugar in 3 Qt. saucepan. Cook over a medium high heat until it reaches a roiling boil. Stir constantly. Continue boiling for nine minutes. Pour over the chocolate mixture and add the vanilla. Stir and mix well until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add 2+1/2 cups broken walnut or pecan meats while stirring mixture. Pour into a buttered dish and cool before cutting. Refrigerate overnight before cutting if possible. -----
