      Title: MOM'S FUDGE

      6 oz Semisweet chocolate chips
    1/4 lb Butter
      1 c  Chopped nuts
      1 ts Vanilla
      2 c  Sugar
    2/3 c  Evaporated milk
     12    Marshmallows
 
  Recipe by: Winifred Smith Place chocolate chips, butter, nuts and vanilla
  in a large bowl; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a heavy large
  saucepan.  Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until mixture
  comes to a boil.  Boil for 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour hot sugar
  mixture into bowl with chocolate chips. Beat vigorously by hand until
  mixture thickens.  Pour into buttered 8" square pan. Refrigerate until set.
  Cut into 1" squares.
