---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Million Dollar Fudge (Mamie Eisenhower's Fudge) Categories: Candies, Chocolate Yield: 30 Squares 4 1/2 c Sugar 1 ds Salt 2 tb Butter 13 1/2 oz Can evaporated milk 12 oz Semisweet chocolate chips 12 oz German sweet chocolate; - broken up 8 oz Jar marshmallow cream 2 1/2 c Nuts; chopped Combine sugar, salt, butter, and evaporated milk in saucepan. Bring to boil and boil 6 minutes. Combine semisweet chocolate pieces, German sweet chocolate, marshmallow cream, and nuts in bowl. Pour boiling syrup over chocolate mixture and beat until chocolate is melted. Pour into buttered 9" square pan to cool. Cut into squares. Per serving: 347 calories; 51 mg sodium; 8 mg cholesterol; 15 g fat; 54 g carbs; 4 g protein; 0.22 g fiber.
