                           Twenty Minute Fudge

   1                    egg, well-beaten
   3      tablespoons   cream
   1      teaspoon      vanilla
     1/4  teaspoon      salt
   1      pound         confectioners' sugar
   4      squares       melted chocolate
   1      tablespoon    butter
   1      cup           chopped nuts

Mix egg, cream, vanilla, salt and sugar.  Melt chocolate and butter together
and add to mix.  Stir in nuts.

Spread in buttered 8x8" pan.  Cool (NOT in refrigerator).  Cut into squares.
Makes 1 1/3 pounds fudge.
