      Title: Peanut Butter Snowballs

      Yield: 2 Dozen

      1 c  Confectioners sugar
    1/2 c  Creamy peanut butter
      3 tb Butter; or margarine softned
      1 lb White confectionery coating
 
  In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, peanut butter, and butter; mix well. Shape
  into 1" balls and placed on a waxed paper-lined cookie sheet. Chill for 30
  mins. or until firm. Meanwhile, melt the coating in a double boiler or
  microwave safe bowl.  Dip balls and place on waxed paper to harden.
