      Title: Apricot-Amaretto Balls

    1/3 c  Honey
      2 tb Orange juice
      2 tb Amaretto or orange juice
      1 pk Vanilla wafers; finely
           Crushed (8 1/2 oz)
      1 pk Dried apricots; finely
           Snipped (6 oz)
           Sugar
 
  Stir together honey, orange juice, and Amaretto and orange juice in a large
  mixing bowl.  Add wafers and apricots; stir till combined. Shape into
  1-inch balls.  Roll balls in sugar. Makes about 40. MM by Mary Wilson,
