MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Pretzel Peanut Bark Categories: Tested, Easy, Freeze Yield: 3 Batch 2 c Skinny pretzel sticks 36 oz White Chocolate Melts 2 c Dry salted peanuts 1 c M&M chocolate Line a rimmed cookie sheet with parchment or waxed paper Melt chocolate in double boiler over simmering water until smooth OR melt in microwave in a 2 quart glass dish. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir, microwave on high for 1 minute more. If necessary microwave on hi for 10 seconds more, and stir until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Stir in the pretzel pieces, peanuts and M&M . Spoon onto prepared cookie sheet, spreading mixture out so that ingredients are evenly distrubted. Allow chocolate to cool for sever hours or put in fridge for about 45 minutes. (Outside in trunk of car in cold garage works well and keeps critters out of the candy) Break bark into irregular pieces like peanut brittle or cut into squares or triangles. Store in cookie tins. This freezes very well. Tested 2013 - very good - will make again. Place chocolate mixture on large cookie sheet - jelly roll pan is too small and candy gets too thick. MMMMM
