      Title: Rocky Road Candy

      Yield: 36 Cookies
 
     12 oz Semisweet chocolate morsels
    1/2 c  Butter
     10 oz Miniature marshmallows
      1 c  Pecans or walnuts;
           - finely chopped
 
  Preparation time: 20 minutes

  Combine chocolate and butter in top of a double boiler; bring water
  to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts. Cool to
  lukewarm. Stir in marshmallows and pecans. Shape into two rolls 2"
  in diameter. Chill. Slice into 1/2" slices.

  Microwave Directions:

  Combine chocolate and butter in a 2 qt glass bowl. Microwave at
  MEDIUM (50% power) for 3-1/2 to 4 minutes or until morsels are
  softened. Stir well; cool to lukewarm. Stir in marshmallows and
  pecans. Shape into two rolls 2" in diameter. Chill. Cut into 1/2"
  slices.
