      Title: Potato Kisses

    2/3 c  Potato hot mashed
      2 ts Butter melted
     16 oz Powdered sugar
  2 1/2 tb Cocoa
      1 ts Vanilla
           Salt few grains
      8 oz Cocoanut
 
  Put hot Patotes through ricer to remove all lumps,then beat in melted
  butter. Put Potatoes in mixing bowl, add sugar and beat until thoroughly
  blended. Add cocoa and beat thoroughly. Mix in Vanilla, salt and Cocoanut.
  Drop by teaspoons onto waxed paper. Place in refrigerator for a short time
  to harden .Hardened candy should be kept in airtight container. About 1 1/2
