MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Lime-In-The-Coconut Almond Bark Categories: Chocoloate, Nuts, Citrus Yield: 1 Pound 12 oz Bag white baking chips 4 ts Shortening 2 dr Green food coloring; - up to 3 dr (optional) 1/2 c Sweetened shredded coconut; - toasted 1/2 c Chopped almonds; toasted 4 ts Lime zest; grated Line a 9" square baking pan with foil; set aside. In a microwave, melt chips and shortening; stir until smooth. Stir in food coloring if desired. Stir in the coconut, almonds and lime zest. Spread into prepared pan. Chill until firm, 10 to 15 minutes. Break into small pieces. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
