   2      c             White sugar
   1      c             Brown sugar
   1      c             Light corn syrup
   1      c             Heavy cream
     1/3  c             Butter
   1      c             Nuts -- chopped

Cook ingredients except peanuts to 245 F. Remove from heat, add
peanuts and beat as long as you possibly can. It is very stiff-you
might need reinforcements! I have found that the longer you beat it
the creamier it is. Put on a board and knead and shape into rolls. It
might be a little soft and not want to hold its shape but it should
be fine by the next day. If you want you can roll in chopped salted
peanuts for a giant Payday bar. Wrap in plastic wrap.
