      2 c  Escort crackers; crushed,
           - 3 packages, OR butter
           - crackers
    1/2 c  Butter; melted
      2 tb Sugar
      2 pk French Vanilla instant
           - pudding
      1 c  Milk
      1 qt Butter Brickle ice cream
      1 ct Cool Whip; 9-oz package
      4    OR 5 Heath bars; broken in
           - small pieces
 
     Mix crackers, butter and sugar; press in 13x9-inch pan. Beat pudding
  with milk and add ice cream; pour over crackers. Top with 9 ounces Cool
  Whip.
     If desired sprinkle with 4 or 5 Heath bars broken into small pieces.
