      Title: PECAN LOG ROLL

      6 oz Butterscotch morsels
    1/2 c  Pecans; chopped
           Additional pecans; chopped
    1/3 c  Sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 ts Vanilla
      1    Egg white; slightly beaten
 
     Melt morsels over hot, not boiling, water.  Remove from heat. Stir in
  sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and pecans. Chill until firm enough to
  handle.  Roll tightly on waxed paper to form 12-inch rolls. Brush with egg
  whites; roll in additional chopped pecans. Chill and slice.
