    3/4 c  Mashed potatoes
      1 lb Confectioners sugar
      4 c  Coconut
      1 ts Vanilla    -=OR=-
      1 ts Almond extract
 
  Mix together potatoes, vanilla and sugar. Mix in
  coconut. Form into small potato shapes (adding more
  sugar if necessary) and roll in ground cinnamon.
