      Title: Brown-Butter Frosting

      Yield: 1 Batch
 
    1/2 c  Butter
      2 c  Powdered sugar
      2 tb Water; hot, approximate
      1 ts Vanilla
 
  Melt and stir butter in a heavy pan over medium heat until golden
  brown. Blend in sugar gradually. Add vanilla and hot water to make
  spreading consistency. Spread over warm rolls.
