                             Decorator Icing

     1/4  c             Butter -- softened
   2      c             Powdered sugar -- sifted
   2      tb            Milk
     1/2  ts            Vanilla
                        Food coloring

Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add milk and
vanilla, mixing until smooth. Color if desired.

This icing stays soft. Do not stack cookies.
