                       Mock Whipped Cream Frosting

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
--------  ------------  --------------------------------
   1 1/2  C             Granulated Sugar
     3/4  C             Butter (1 1/2 Sticks)
     1/2  C             Shortening
   1      C             Milk -- Lukewarm
   3      Tsp           Vanilla

Put all together in small bowl.  Whip at slow speed until it stops
splattering, then full speed for not less than 10 min.

Delicious with Graham Cracker Cake.
