  1 1/2 c  Sugar
      1    Margarine
    1/3 c  Evaporated milk
    1/2 c  Semisweet chocolate chips
 
  Melt margarine in pan; add sugar and milk. Bring to a boil
  and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add chocolate
  chips and stir until dissolved. Pour immediately over
  brownies or chocolate loaf cake.
