      4 tb Butter
      1 oz Unsweetened chocolate
      2 oz Cream cheese
    1/4 c  Milk
      1 ts Pure vanilla extract
      3 c  Powdered sugar
 
  Melt together butter and chocolate; cool. Add cream cheese,
  milk, vanilla and powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
