      1 c  Semisweet chocolate morsels
    1/2 c  Half-and-half
      1 c  Butter or margarine
  2 1/2 c  Powdered sugar; sifted

  Preparation Time: 0:15
  Combine chocolate morsels, half-and-half, and butter in a
  saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring until melted and
  smooth.  Remove from heat; blend in powdered sugar.  Set
  saucepan in ice; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer
  until frosting holds its shape. Yield:  about 3 cups.
