      Title: Satiny Chocolate Frosting

  4 1/2    Unsweetened chocolate (1-oz)
    1/2 c  Plus 1 tbl butter or margari
           -ne
  5 2/3 c  Powdered sugar; sifted
    1/2 c  Plus 1 tablespoon milk
      1 ts Vanilla extract

  Preparation Time: 0:20
  Combine chocolate and butter in top of a double boiler;
  bring water to a boil.  Reduce heat to low; cook until
  chocolate melts.  Remove from heat, and cool. Add powdered
  sugar and milk to chocolate mixture; beat at low speed of
  an electric mixer until smooth.  Stir in vanilla.  Yield:
  3 cups.
