   6      tablespoons   butter -- softened
     1/4  cup           plus 2 Tbsp Hershey's Cocoa or hershey's
                        European Style Cocoa
   2      tablespoons   light corn syrup
   1      teaspoon      vanilla extract
   2      cups          powdered sugar
   2      to 3 Tbsp     milk

In medium bowl, beat butter, cocoa, corn syrup and vanilla until blended.
Gradually add powdered sugar and milk, beating to spreading consistency.

YIELD: about 1 3/4 cup frosting
