                           Banana Butter Icing

     1/4  c             Butter -- softened
     1/2  c             Banana -- mashed
     1/2  ts            Lemon juice
     1/2  ts            Vanilla extract
   3 1/4  c             Confectioners' sugar

Cream together butter, banana, lemon juice, and vanilla. Slowly beat
in confectioners' sugar, adding more if needed to make a nice fluffy,
spreadable icing.

Yield: 2-1/3 Cups
