                          Cream Cheese Frosting

   6      ounces        cream cheese -- softened to room
                        -- temperature
   3      tablespoons   butter -- softened to room
                        -- temperature
                        one 1 pound box of confectioners sugar --
                        sifted
   1      teaspoon      vanilla
     1/4  cup           sour cream
   1      tablespoon    finely grated orange rind

In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and the butter until light and
fluffy. Gradually beat in the confectioners sugar. Add the vanilla,
sour cream and orange rind until blended.
