* Exported from MasterCook Mac * Hungarian Chocolate Frosting Recipe By : Baker's Book Of Chocolate Riches Serving Size : 12 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Frostings Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 5 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate 3 cups powdered sugar 1/3 cup hot water 1 egg 8 tablespoons butter, unsalted -- softened Melt chocolate in caucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Pour into mixer bowl. Add Sugar and water, all at once and blend well. Add egg and blend well. Blend in butter one tablespoon at a time beating thoroughly after each addition. If frosting is too thin to spread place in fridge until spreading consistency is reached.
