                               Butter Icing

   3       c            Confectioners' sugar -- sifted
     1/3   c            Butter -- softend
                        Standard Frosting:
   3       tb           Cream
   1 1/2   ts           Vanilla
                        Orange Frosting:
   3       tb           Orange juice
   1 1/2   tb           Orange rind -- grated
                        Mocha Frosting:
   3       tb           Fresh strong coffee
                        Pineapple Frosting:
     1/2   c            Crushed pineapple -- drained

  Blend confectioners' sugar and butter. Stir in until smooth one of
  the variations.
