Beat 1 cup of sugar, flour and eggs, until the mixture is light and creamy. Then stir into the boiling milk, cook until the flour is thoroughly cooked. Put away to cool. When cold, whip the cream, add other cup of sugar and turn into the cooked mixture and freeze.
