      3 c  Chocolate ice cream
      1 c  Chocolate milk
      2 tb Chocolate syrup; more for
           - serving
      1 ts Vanilla extract
           Sweetened whipped cream
 
  Process ice cream, chocolate milk, chocolate syrup, and
  vanilla in a blender on high speed until smooth. Pour
  into 4 glasses, and top with whipped cream and a drizzle
  of chocolate syrup.
