Reduce to simmer; drop tablespoonful of Dumpling Batter over hot apple mixture. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until dumplings are cooked throughout and wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Dumpling Batter: Combine flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt in mixing bowl.
