---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Mint Chip Ice Cream Categories: Desserts Yield: 2 Quarts 3 Eggs 1 1/2 c Sugar 2 13 oz. cans Evaporated Milk 3/4 ts Peppermint extract 1/8 ts Green food coloring 1 1/2 c 6 oz. grated milk chocolate Beat eggs and sugar in large mixing bowl until well blended. Stir in evaporated milk, peppermint extract and food coloring. Gently stir in grated chocolate. Refrigerate until well chilled. Pour into ice cream freezer container.
