      Title: Maple Peach Sundaes

      Yield: 2 Servings
 
      2 ts Butter or margarine
      1 md Peach, peeled, pitted, cut-
           -up
    1/4 c  Real maple syrup
      1 c  Frozen vanilla yogurt
      2 tb Chopped pecans
 
  In medium nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium
  heat.  Add peach; cook and stir just until peach is
  tender.  Stir in syrup.  Cool 10 minutes.
  
  To serve, spoon peach mixture over frozen yogurt.
  Sprinkle with pecans. Serves 2   Source Cooking for 2
