---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Chocolate Ice Milk 2 Categories: Dessert, Ice cream Yield: 10 servings 1 Envelope unflavored gelatin pn Salt 1/4 c Water 1 ts Oil 2 c Skim milk 1 Egg white 3 ts Unsweetened cocoa 1 ts Vanilla 1/3 c Sugar Sprinkle gelatin over water and let stand 1 minute. Microwave on high 30 seconds, cool to room temperature. Combine 3/4 cup milk with gelatin and remaining ingredients. Beat at medium speed until foamy, about 3 minutes. Stir in remaining milk. Pour into shallow metal pan and freeze until almost set, 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer to bowl and beat on high until thick and light colored, about 5 minutes. Pour into container and freeze until firm, about 8 hours. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes to soften. Makes 10 servings. Calories per 1/2 cup = 72. -----
