* Exported from MasterCook * Blender Chocolate Mousse Recipe By : typed into MC by Shane Ludwig Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Diabetic Dessert Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 Egg 1 Env unflavored gelatin 1 tb Water -- cold 1 c Water -- boiling 2 tb Instant coffee granules 1/2 c Part-skim ricotta cheese 1/2 c Skim milk -- cold 2 tb Cocoa 1/8 ts Salt 9 Pkt equal Combine egg, gelatin, corn starch, and cold water in blender or food processor. Blend to moisten gelatin and corn starch. Add boiling water, blend until gelatin dissolves. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Chill until set.
