* Exported from MasterCook II * Peaches & Cream Pie Recipe By : Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:45 Categories : Desserts Pies Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- Batter: 2/3 c Flour 1 ts Baking powder 1/2 ts Salt 1 Pkg vanilla pudding mix -- - not instant 1 Egg 1/2 c Milk 3 tb Butter Fruit: 1 lg Can peach slices in juice -- - up to 2 cans, reserve juice Cream: 8 oz Cream cheese 1/2 c Sugar 3 tb Reserved peach juice Topping: 1 tb Sugar 1/2 ts Cinnamon Preheat oven to 350 F. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Mix batter ingredients. Beat 2 minutes and pour into a well oiled pie plate. Drain the peaches and arrange on top of batter. Cream together cream ingredients.
