   1                    Jar crema Mexicana -OR-
   1                    Jar crema Mexicana agria
   1      c             Confectioner's sugar
                        Mixed berries or assorted fruit

Whip the Crema Mexicana with the confectioner's sugar until smooth.
Pour over fruit. 

For a delectable change, try adding flavored liqueurs like Kahlua or
Grand Marnier, and a touch of sugar. Creams can be used straight from
the bottle or sweetened to your taste with sugar or a substitute.
