* Exported from MasterCook * EGG DESSERT Recipe By : Mrs. Jimmy Jones Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Desserts Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3/4 cup butter or oleo 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar 4 large eggs 3/4 cup pecans-chopped 3/4 teaspoon vanilla 3 3/4 cups vanilla wafers -- crushed Cream butter and suggar, add eggs one at atime, beat well after each addition. Mix in nuts and vanilla. Add 2 3/4 cups vanilla wafer crumbs. Mix. Spread remaining crumbs in bottom of buttered 8x8 inch pan. Spread creamed mixture evenly over crumbs. Freeze.
