* Exported from MasterCook * Pineapple Bavarian Cream Recipe By : Betty Crocker's Show Off Desserts, 1976 Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Desserts Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 8 1/2 oz Can crushed pineapple 1 c Water -- boiling 3 oz Box lemon Jello 1 c Whipping cream -- chilled Drain pineapple, reserving syrup. Pour boiling water over gelatin in bowl, stirring until gelatin is dissolved. Add enough cold water to reserved syrup to measure 1 cup; stir into dissolved gelatin. Chill until almost set. In chilled bowl, beat cream until stiff. Beat gelatin until foamy. Fold gelatin and pineapple into the whipped cream. Povr into 1 qt mold or into individual molds. Chill for 3 hours or until firm.
