                         Crumble For Apple Crisp

     1/2  cup           sugar
     1/2  teaspoon      cinnamon
   1      cup           flour
   1      cup           brown sugar
     1/2  cup           butter or margarine

Combine ingredients until mixture has a crumb-like texture. Peel,
core, and cube 2 cups apples into a baking dish. Dot apples with
butter. Top with crumb mixture; bake uncovered, approximately 1 hour
at 350 degrees F.
