MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Rhubarb Crunch Categories: Desserts Yield: 1 Batch 8 c Rhubarb; diced Water; boiling 1 c Brown sugar 1 c Flour 1 c Oatmeal 1 c Butter 3 c Sugar 1/2 c Flour Cover rhubarb with boiling water; let stand 10 minutes. While soaking, mix together brown sugar, 1 cup flour, oatmeal, and butter until crumbly. Drain rhubarb; mix in sugar and 1/2 cup flour. Pour into sprayed pan; sprinkle with brown sugar mixture.
