               Strawberries With Molasses Sour Cream Sauce

   1      c             Sour cream
   1      ts            Sugar
     1/4  ts            Vanilla
   4      tb            Unsulfered molasses
   4      c             Strawberries -- hulled, halved
                        - if large

In a small bowl whisk together sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and 2 tb
molasses until smooth. Divide strawberries between 4 bowls and top
with sour cream sauce. Drizzle remaining molasses over servings.
