                              Peach Crumble

   4      c             Fresh peaches -- sliced
     3/4  c             Brown sugar -- firmly packed
                        Topping:
   1      c             Graham cracker crumbs
     3/4  ts            Ground cinnamon
     3/4  ts            Ground nutmeg
   5 1/3  tb            Butter -- softened

Preheat oven to 375 F. In a small bowl, mix together all the topping
ingredients. Combine peaches and brown sugar in an 8" square baking
pan. Sprinkle topping evenly over the peaches. Bake for 30 to 35
minutes, until peaches are soft and topping is bubbly.
