---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: French Apple Dessert Categories: Pies Yield: 12 Servings --fruit base-- 6 c Tart apples; peel/thin slice 1/4 ts Ground cinnamon 1/4 ts Ground nutmeg 1/4 c Skim milk 2 tb Margarine; softened 3 Egg whites or 1/2 cup Cholesterol-free egg product 1 c Sugar 1/4 c Bisquick reduced fat -baking mix --streusel- 1 c Bisquick reduced fat -baking mix 1/2 c Chopped nuts 1/3 c Packed brown sugar 3 tb Firm margarine 1. Heat oven to 350F. Grease 13x9x2" baking dish. Prepare Streusel; reserve. Spread apples in dish. 2. Beat remaining ingredients in blender on high speed 15 seconds; with hand beater or wire whisk beat for 1 minute or until smooth. Pour over applies. Sprinkle with streusel. 3. Bake about 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool at least 10 minutes. 12-15 servings.
