Payne Serving Size : 9 Preparation Time :0:30 Categories : Desserts Fruits To Post Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/2 C Chocolate Wafer Crumbs 1 1/2 C Vanilla Wafer Crumbs 2 C Graham Cracker Crumbs 1/2 C Butter -- melted 1/2 Lb Marshmallows 2 Tbsp Orange Juice 2 C Freestone Peaches (Canned) -- drained & diced 1/2 Pt Whipping Cream Mix crumbs and butter. Press 1/3 crumb mixture firmly in bottom of 9 x 9" dish. In a saucepan over low heat, cook marshmallows with orange juice until melted. Cool. Stir in peaches. Whip cream until almost stiff; fold peach-marshmallow mixture into it. Pour half of this mixture into pan. Cover with 1/3 of crumb mixture. Pour remainder of cream mixture over this and cover with remaining crumb mixture. Chill at least 2 hours.
