      Title: Divine Apple Bake

      Yield: 15 servings
 
 16 1/2 oz Refrigerated sugar cookie
           - dough
      3    Apples; peeled, cored,
           - sliced 1/4" thick
      2 tb Lemon juice
      2 tb Honey
      1 ts Ground cinnamon
    1/4 c  Sugar
    1/2 c  A-P flour
      2 tb Butter
 
  Set the oven @ 350 F/175 C.
  
  Press the cookie dough into a 9x13" baking pan,
  completely covering the bottom of the pan.
  
  In a medium bowl, mix the apples with the lemon juice,
  honey, and cinnamon, and distribute evenly over the
  cookie dough.
  
  In a small bowl, combine the sugar, flour, and butter
  and mix with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over the
  apple mixture.
  
  Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden.
