MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Rum Bumble Categories: Alcohol, Desserts Yield: 1 Batch 3/4 tb Unflavored gelatin 1 tb Water; cold 3 tb Water; boiling 4 oz Sugar 1/2 c Rum 2 tb Whiskey 2 Egg whites; beaten stiff 1/2 c Cream Blanched almonds; either - chopped or whole Soak gelatin in a basin in 1 tb cold water, then dissolve in 3 tb boiling water. Add the sugar, rum, and whiskey. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Strain and leave to cool.
