* Exported from MasterCook * Raspberry Tiramisu Recipe By : Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Desserts Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 c Each: mascarpone cheese and Regular cream cheese 1/2 c Sour cream 2 c Whipping cream, whipped Sugar to taste 1/2 lb White chocolate, cut into Pieces and melted 1 c Strained raspberry puree 6 (2-1/2-inch) chocolate cups (from gourmet specialty Markets) 3/4 c Brewed espresso 2 tb Each: Tia Maria and Frangelico liqueurs 12 Plain ladyfinger cookies Fresh raspberries and Raspberry sauce (sweetened Pureed reaspberries), for Garnish Combine mascarpone, cream cheese, sour cream, whipped cream and sugar;mix well. Blend half the cheese mixture with white chocolate, set aside. Blend remaining cheese mixture with raspberry puree. Place each chocolate cup on a dessert plate and set aside. Combine espresso, Tia Maria and Frangelico in a large bowl;dip ladyfingers into espresso mixture. Place two ladyfingers on bottom of each chocolate cup and spread white chocolate mixture over them. Top with another layer of ladyfingers, then a layer of raspberry-cheese mixture. Sprinkle raspberries over top.
