      Title: Armenian String Beans
 Categories: Armenian, Green beans
      Yield: 1 Batch
 
      1 lb Fresh string beans
      1 sm Onion; chopped
    1/2 c  Water
    1/2 c  Tomato sauce
      2 tb Butter
           Salt; to taste
 
  Combine ingredients and bring to boil. Lower heat. Simmer until beans
  are tender but not overcooked (mushy). If there is too much liquid,
  take cover off and boil it down.
