MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Caribbean Grilled Ribeyes Categories: Beef. chili, Beverages Yield: 4 Servings 1/2 c Dr Pepper 3 tb Honey 1/4 c Caribbean jerk seasoning 1 1/2 ts Chopped; seeded habanero 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 ts Pepper 4 Ribeye steaks (12 oz ea) Place the first 6 ingredients in a blender; cover and process until blended. Pour into a shallow bowl. Add steaks; turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Drain steaks, discarding marinade. Grill steaks, covered, over medium heat or broil 3 to 4" from heat for 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness.
